A stone that’s cold and soulless
The deep black granite reflects the emptiness
They say a person can live on in memories
And by writing their name they’ll live forever
But it’s a lonely existence
The wall shows how quickly things can change
One action can affect a lifetime
One moment can change eternity
What’s here one second won’t always be the next
